Parenting a Child with Mental Illness Is Exhausting

You shouldn't have to carry this alone.

The sleepless nights. The calls from school. The medications that work until they don't. The worry that lives in the pit of your stomach.

You smile at church while your heart is breaking. Friends pull away because they don't know what to say. And the loneliness, it can be crushing.

Whether your child is 7 or 47, the weight doesn't lift. You carry grief for the dreams you once held and you love your child fiercely.

Built by a Mother Who's Been There

Kay Warren knows this road. She spent years navigating her son Matthew's mental illness — the hospitalizations, the hope, the heartbreak. When Matthew died by suicide in 2013, Kay's world shattered.

From that pain came a fierce commitment: no parent should walk this path without support.

"I can't fix your situation. But I can sit with you in it — and remind you that you're not alone."

— Kay Warren

The Cost of Walking Alone

Isolation doesn't just feel heavy. It takes a quiet toll on everything you hold dear. Parents carrying this weight alone grow weary. Marriages begin to bend. Faith flickers. Health fades.

You were never meant to journey alone. There is safety in being known, and a deep sense of belonging waiting for you among people who understand.

This isn't about fixing everything. It's about not carrying it alone.
